HIPAA Compliant Case Management Portal - 24/7 access to your entire case, including every document via our proprietary HIPAA compliant internet portal. Every document for your cases is available to you, from the panel strike sheet to the final invoice, and every record or correspondence in between.
Answering Service - Our staff answers calls on your dedicated phone line, intakes your cases, schedules your evaluations, ensures compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and time requirements. We ensure the timely filing of the required forms and will drafting correspondence as required to facilitate your cases.
Location Management - We can work with you to find optimal office locations, that fit your scheduling, functional, and geographic requirements. Most management companies just put you on their existing office locations where you compete with their other clients for your cases.
Medical records - We track records and cover letters to ensure timely receipt from the parties, scanning of paper records, chronological sorting and summarization records.
Report Service and Billing - All bills are served electronically. Every report is served to the proper parties, including the DEU if required. Each report is tracked to ensure we can verify receipt in the event a party disputes service. We ensure that all applicable forms are properly filled out, including your HICFA Claim Form, Proof of Service, Protected Health Information (if applicable), and Physician's Return to Work Voucher.
Collections - In the event your bill is not timely or properly paid we provide collection services including: Responding to EOR's or objections, Second Bill Review, Independent Bill Review, Petitions for Determination of Non-IBR Medical-legal Dispute, and hearing representation before the WCAB in relation to your collections and or other disputes.
Mentoring - For new QMEs we have a wide range of mentoring services available to help ensure your career as a Med-Legal expert in the QME system gets off to the right start. From an extensive white-glove treatment, to a brief peer review, and everything in between, we can provide you with as much or as little guidance as you want for as long as you want.
Consultation & Peer Review - For more experienced QMEs we offer consultation or peer review services you can utilize on an as needed basis. Whether you are asked to address a case law you are not familiar with, have a particularly difficult case, or there is a situation you simply are not sure how to resolve, our experienced experts can help ensure you competently and efficiently resolve the issue.
